Metal Gear Solid 5: The Collection will be released for Xbox One and PC later this year.
The latest entry in the franchise, Metal Storm, is also scheduled to be released in the autumn.
Metal Storm will be available for the Xbox 360 and PS3, but its release is not expected to be announced until later this summer.
The next entry in Nintendo’s popular Metal Gear series, Metal Slug, is set for release in 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch.
Metal Slug will be the first game to come to Wii U in two years, after a long delay due to the release of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
Metal Gears, Metal Raids and Metal Gear 3 are also set to release for Wii U later this month.
